On-going: Museum Open for 2010! Open every Saturday, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Sunday, July 11 & Sunday, August 1: U.F.O. Beginning in May, we will be seeing UFO’s at the Cheney House - but probably not the kind you are thinking of! UFO stands for UnFinished Objects - craft projects that we begin and then set aside, because we run out of time or reach a problem spot. The Manlius Historical Society will now be providing the time for you to finish these projects. We will host a UFO gathering once a month beginning in May; come for tea or coffee, treats, and time with fellow crafters in the comfortable atmosphere of the Cheney House. An expert in all kinds of handwork will be on-hand to answer questions and help you get past your trouble spots. If you enjoy knitting, crocheting, cross-stitch, scrapbooking, beading - just about anything! - please join us on Sundays, July 11 and August 1. The Cheney House is located at 109 Pleasant Street in Manlius. Cost - $5 donation to the Manlius Historical Society.
